Our office staff works hard to ensure patient comfort and convenience. To help you better understand our office operations, we have included the information you need about our hours, locations, appointments, insurance acceptance and billing below.

We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. Please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Missed appointments disrupt the schedule tremendously and there is $50 fee for missed appointments.
After Hours
If there are medical issues that arise outside regular business hours that you feel cannot wait until the office opens, one of our own providers is always available for phone calls. Simply call our office and you will be connected to our answering service who will take a message and contact the on call provider. You should expect to receive a call back within 30 minutes.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We expect payment at the time of service. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own pediatrician.
